Who Am I ?

Hi! I’m Coach Steph. I’m a wife, step-mom, dog mom (x2), personal trainer, mindset coach, & champagne enthusiast. I’m so glad you are here!

What brought me here?

Growing up sports were a way of life in our family; my parents encouraged us to try as many as we could and it allowed my siblings and me to be well-rounded. Fast forward, I got really into fitness. Once I began to see what strength training did for me, both physically and emotionally, I was hooked and got my personal training certification. Not long after I started working professionally in group fitness, I began training for an NPC bikini competition…and this is where the journey truly began for me.

The reality is that we live in a world more focused on what we look like than who we are; we are inundated with positivity reels and filtered photos of women in bikinis. Being a woman in this day in age is hard- there is no way around it, so we must go through it.

My motivation to better women around me stems from years of healing my body and my mind from my own fitness journey and life. It does not stem from having a physique I have always been proud of or a healthy headspace.

I am not going to sugarcoat it: I have dealt with body dysmorphia since I hit puberty, severe depression as a teenager and young adult, and allowed stress to completely shut my body down. I had to start fresh and it might just be one of the best & hardest experiences of my life.

A balanced life begins in our minds. Cultivate it, master it, understand it, and put it into daily intentional practice.
